EDITS 2024

EDITS is a unique two-day, affordable, biennial regional training opportunity developed by the Eastern Montgomery County PA emergency managers. It is a focused training symposium designed to present nationally recognized keynote speakers and current disaster topics for approximately 300 regional emergency management professionals, police, fire, EMS, health and school officials, and first responders. The symposium provides training, discussions, networking opportunities, and a select number of exhibitors for both career professionals and volunteers.

The 2024 symposium – Learning from the Past, Preparing for the Future – will be held on October 1st & 2nd at Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center, Blue Bell, PA.

For out of town guests, Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center offers hotel accommodations at a rate of ($169.00/night + taxes & fees), for a standard room. This may be subject to availability.

2. click “Book Your Stay” brown bar (opens a new tab)
3. under Guests & Rooms, go to “Add Code” and click the drop down menu
4. click to change from “Discount Code” to “Group Attendee”, enter code EMERG
   *this is where people get stuck, they miss the drop down and pay full price outside of the block rate*
5. click “Add” to move forward, scroll to bottom of screen
6. click “Select & Go To Next Step”
7. tap the Check In date and tap the Check Out Date
8. click “Confirm Dates of Stay” at the bottom if desired dates are correct
9. choose one of the available room types; will display info of your selection
10. click “Add Room & Check Out“, then proceed to enter profile/card details
11. enter all *necessary* fields and click “Complete Reservation”

VENDOR INFORMATION

As in previous years, there will be space available for vendor and merchant displays. These vendor spaces will be made available on a first come, first served basis.

Please review the EDITS 2024 Sponsorship Opportunities packet for information on the various levels of sponsorship and benefits. Sponsor tables will provide a medium for vendors to showcase new and innovative products and services that are available for today’s emergency responders. Additional details pertaining to set up times and space will be provided closer to the event.
